Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Return

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are ineligible for return, such as perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines. This also includes intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable products are:
Gift cards
Downloadable e-Books and Softwares
Certain health and personal care items
Customized and personalized items

To initiate your return claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be allowed.

i) Physical books with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

ii) The product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not from our end.

iii) The product is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.

Late or missing refund

If you have not received a refund after some time, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Again, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale products

Regular-priced products only may be eligible for a refund, but not sale products.

Exchange

No offer of exchange will be allowed.

Gift products

No offer of a refund for gift products.

Shipping
To return the product, you need to send us an email at support@avanti-e.store to notify us first.

You shall be responsible for paying for your shipping cost for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you are shipping a returned product over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the product, as we do not guarantee that the returned product will reach us.
